Refund & reschedule policy

General

Please book only when you can attend. Inquiry hours for changes: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Message Drae on WhatsApp, email [email protected], or use the contact form. Refunds, when due, are returned via the original payment method (GCash / BDO) within 7–14 business days after approval.

Class passes & drop-ins

• Unused class credits on a paid pass expire as stated on your pass (or in your confirmation email).
• Reschedule a booked class at least 12 hours before start for a full credit back to your pass.
• Less than 12 hours’ notice or a no-show: the class credit is used.

Yoga for Mindfulness Workshop & Starter Package

• Reschedule your workshop date at least 48 hours before the session for a free move to another open date (subject to spots).
• Cancel 48+ hours before: full refund or credit toward another Tallaro offer (your choice).
• Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: no refund; we may offer a one-time credit at Tallaro’s discretion for hardship.
• The 7-day class pass window starts as confirmed by email after payment; unused days in that window expire at the end of the window.

Private sessions (yoga, sound, energy) & Life Clarity Session

• Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a free move.
• Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund or credit.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: session is charged; a same-week makeup may be offered once at Tallaro’s discretion.

Retreats (deposit & balance)

• A deposit holds your spot; the balance is due by the date in your confirmation.
• Cancel 14+ days before check-in: deposit refunded minus a ₱500 admin fee, or full deposit as credit for a future retreat.
• Cancel 7–13 days before: deposit becomes credit only (no cash refund).
• Cancel within 7 days or no-show: deposit forfeited; balance (if paid) may be credited at Tallaro’s discretion for documented emergencies.
• Transferring your spot to another person is allowed with 7+ days’ notice and Tallaro’s approval.

If Tallaro cancels

If we cancel your class, workshop, private session, Clarity session, or retreat for any reason (including teacher illness or venue issues), you receive a full refund or full credit — your choice.

Force majeure

Events beyond reasonable control (severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, widespread outages) may force us to postpone. Your payment rolls to the new date, or you may choose a full refund or credit.

No-shows

A no-show is treated as a late cancellation under the offer rules above. Please message us if an emergency keeps you away — we will always listen with care.
